It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that the product is not suitable for you, you can return it within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Please ensure that the returned item is unused and undamaged.

Each of our products is a unique handmade creation. Small glaze drips, surface porosity and irregularities, or slight differences in shade reflect the authentic manufacturing process and the nature of natural materials. These characteristics are not considered defects and, at the buyer's request, goods cannot be returned for these reasons.

If the item is defective or was damaged during delivery, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
