Shipping policy

Our shipments are delivered to Omniva, LP Express, or Venipak parcel terminals.

We ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 days after order confirmation.

Some items, such as handmade soy wax candles, are made after the order is confirmed, which extends the shipping time by 2-3 days.

If the shipment cannot be picked up from the parcel terminal within the time limit set by the transport company, it is automatically returned to us. An additional return and shipping fee will apply if the shipment is to be sent again.
